These Terms and Conditions as well as our Statement of Work (Proposal) and Agreement details the services to be provided by ReputationProtect.com and each parties responsibilities.
By using our services you grant ReputationProtect.com a temporary license to use (in connection of the services expressed in our Agreement), any materials provided to us or approved by you, your company, or your representative. This material maybe reproduced, publicly displayed, distributed, adjusted, edited, to execute the agreed upon service provided by ReputationProtect.com. This may also include content, marketing materials, intellectual property, trademarks, logos, photos, videos or any other materials provided by the client to Reputation Protect to execute and perform the work stated in our Agreement. This may include content not provided by the Client with Client’s Approval. The Client retains all ownership of materials provided to Reputation Protect and materials will only be used to execute and perform the work expressed in our Agreement. The Client agrees all material provided is owned by them and does not infringe on or is owned by any other parties.
Cancellation of Services: Cancellation of services is expressed in our Agreement. We request a 30-day notice of cancellation by letter, email, or phone by the Client. The Client may stop service anytime but is responsible for the financial obligation as well as the full agreement duration. All fees are required before the Agreement end date and official Cancellation.
All services provided by ReputationProtect.com are provided “as-is” and with no guarantee or warranty unless expressed otherwise in our Agreement. This is a digital service and we are unable to take back any work published on the Internet while performing the work expressed in our Agreement. There are no refunds or partial refunds of any kind. All sales are final. The Client acknowledges and accepts the risk that ReputationProtect.com may not succeed in suppressing all the Internet content of the Client.
Limitation of Liability: By using our website or services, the Client agrees that it will hold ReputationProtect.com harmless and with no liability for any and all reason. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold ReputationProtect.com and it’s staff harmless from and against all damages, loses, liabilities, and/or cost by the Client or third parties relating to the performance of our work and Agreement.
By using our website, you understand we may collect information about your visit for marketing purposes. Any information submitted to ReputationProtect.com may be used to market our services or products to you in the future. You can opt-out of this by letter, email, or phone at anytime.
